If customers do not receive WOW Gold within a week following their payment, we will issue a refund.

The above policy does not apply to incidents including, but not limited to, the following:

b. Customers who are required to or request to trade face to face fail to appear online on time.
c. The account information provided by the customer is incorrect.
d. The email address provided by the customer is incorrect.
